Got the watch and after a month it wouldn’t charge anymore. Contacted the sales people on email and told I needed my original packing slip that had a number on it I needed to quote!
What a scam. So much false advertising about it. I’ve since looked deeper. Wish I’d do t that before I wasted my money. DONT WASTE YOURS

Dont pls don’t waste your money on this watch, its a total garbage. I ordered 5 , got do quick but 1 is not working. The rest worked but one by one is failing. Won’t change anymore. It will even get BP reading even if you’re not using it. Those guys on YouTube add are just paid to tell that the watch is just like the real Apple smart watch.

So! I finally received this piece of Junk. Used it. Now it seems that recharge ability has died. I haven’t even had the Cardieo “Smart Watch” for 3 months.
Dud. Buy something else.

I got scammed,

The watch is not the same as in their pictures later i found out that the pictures are actually from real apple watches (which i then forwarded to Apple for patent infringement.

- Doesn't have OLED screen but has an LCD screen
- Is not waterproof as they claim
- Does not have GPS
- Battery doesn't even come close as they claim, tops you get 4 hours out of it
- Charger is not like on the pictures but actually uses a connector clip with copper contacts.
- Scroll button does nothing and is just decoration
- HR sensor is fake, just a green led like most Chinese watches and just shows an artificial HR even when not wearing the watch.
- Is made in China and not the US as they claim.

According to the watch I haven’t slept for a week. Even though not set the alarm went off at 7:10 this morning but the watch said 6:00. If I’m lucky the battery lasts two days. THIS SMART (🤫) WATCH IS A LOAD OF RUBBISH

This 'watch' is a joke. My dining table and myself have a similar pulse and blood pressure. We are both very healthy! This sets the tone for all other functions on this watch - it is not smart, it's just simply fraudulent advertising. Do not buy it or anything that looks similar.

Very very poor the data it displays is only on for a few seconds, i put it on my sideboard and set it off to check heartbeat, its got a heartbeat of 82
And blood oxygen of 98%??????
So providing my sideboard slows down a bit its fit and healthy

Worst piece of wearable fitness devices ever perpetrated on unsuspecting customers. Do NOT buy this product, it is indeed too good to be true.

I pondered long & hard before buying, it just seemed to good to true & I was right. 3 weeks to delivery, looked great, charged it up and looked forward to using it with my Huawei P30 fone APP, struggled to get it synchronised with any of its functions .Next day wore it for the 1st time battery drained after 4 hours. So I recharged it for 24hrs. Tried it next morning, it wouldnt stay booted up, kept on booting down. I tried contacting customer services but to no avail. Personally it was waste of time & money, I would no one to purchase this item as its completely useless and now sits in a drawer dead.

The only good news is the watch didn't cost much. I couldn't get it paired to either of my phones but that was ok because I could still monitor pulse and blood pressure using just the phone. The instructions are almost worthless so expect to spend time finding out how the watch works then don't expect real numbers. When playing with the heart monitoring app I found out my couch (yes I spelled that correctly) and I have the same pulse and blood pressure.

The cardio watch is a total rip off. The pictures on their website are actually of the Apple Watch not the cardio watch. Don’t waste your time returning the cardio watch just dispute the charges with your credit card provider. I tried to ship the cardio Watch back after their customer service gave me the address but they refused to except the package.

This is a 1000,000% scamming group.
Google Ad., also Facebook Ad., made the misleading.
These big companies joined with the scamming groups to deceit the honest people.

I cancelled the product the day after the order having read the reviews. It still turned up 3 weeks later, obviously after the order.

The return address is an Industrial Estate in Walsall WS9 8BG but not clear as to what one of the 30 businesses premises it is!

Emailing them over and over

May try refund from Credit Card Company as they are hopeless

I have been scammed through youtube advert

This is a total waste of money. Simple scam and a rip off. I am not even going to waste my time and stress trying to get the money back (because they have no customer reputation to lose). I'm going to give myself a small kick for being conned and throw it in the bin.

Complete scam. Cardeio Watch arrived with both wires unattached to their terminals... so silly bugger for not checking reviews!
I might add that their customer support was prompt and so far efficient....promising a speedy replacement of the item.

I don't understand, why so many real bad reviews, you get what you pay for, the only problem I have is the time I took to get it works fine for me no problems so far it's a knock off come on people

Total scam and i can't even get contact with them to ask for a return. Has anyone found a way to get in contact?

If there was a way to give you a$$holes a -1000 stars that would be the only positive experience in this whole transaction.
