False hopes and promises
I was brought in by a broker with Cardiff who promised a higher approval limit based on my banking and financial records and when I made it to the underwriting call is was reduced to less than 25% of what I was approved for. Then, the loan came from Byzfunder and not Cardiff (the broker told me they were a direct lender). I was manipulated into taking on a predatory loan and I’m not alone. I am greatly disappointed in how they operate and have already begun encouraging others to look elsewhere. Their actual rates are not what they advertise and only serve to draw people in. If you want better rates, there are shady loan sharks in Vegas who are happy to help.

Cardiff is a direct lender. In some cases, and with a client's approval, we'll work with a trusted funding partner when a client's specific needs call for it.
On the funding amount, a number of factors come together during underwriting, and the final offer can look different from an initial estimate once everything is reviewed in full. As part of our process, the terms are presented in full so that everything is clear before moving forward.

I did not have a good experience
I did not have a good experience, after I rejected their loan offer they sold my information and now I get 10-20 calls, texts and emails a day because of them. I can prove it was them because I use a unique email and phone number when I apply to these kinds of things. Really crappy company!!!
Why would you sell people's information???? Not only they didn't help, they have wasted so much of my time now dealing with these calls.

I appreciate the response but it's not helpful, I can prove that my information was shared by Cardiff and if you say you don't sell info then that is worse and you have been hacked. Please tell me exactly how to contact you as the main number was not helpful at all and I will be happy to provide proof.
