Ive become very disappointed in CG
Ive become very disappointed in CG . Very hard to get a response via email. Copper didnt arrive it was left in full view on doorstep next to road. ( not CG fault) UPS actually called me and emailed me and said re open the case and CG can claim again and the claim will be successful so I can get my refund. Well CG ignored this and are just refusing to give me my money. They have become so unprofessional and they need to do better

Completely unprofessional
Completely unprofessional. Poor customer service. If you try buy something and the market goes up. They will cancel your order for you to pay higher price. Don't be scammed
