Cardiff piercing Opiniones

I love the staff and how friendly they are. They really tailor each experience to you as an individual, making you feel safe and at ease. Every experience I’ve had at the shop has made me feel so valued as a customer and encourages me to return. Recommend to my friends and family or anyone looking for a piercing.

No nonsense, thorough processes and great attention to detail especially around hygiene. Really appreciate being able to book in for pre and post piercing assessments to ensure suitability and healing progress.

Quick delivery. Informative product descriptions.

Great service with pleasant staff. I was welcomed with a friendly smile and not pressured into purchasing anything. I was talked through everything I wanted with very reasonable prices. It was lovely and clean inside and I would recommend to others.

Knowledgeable and friendly piercing studio. They were great helping me with an issue I had with a piercing done elsewhere and also piercing my 10 year old daughter's ears. They were really kind with her when she was very nervous and they've healed beautifully.

I was listened to and made to feel very comfortable. The salon was clean and well organised and the professional and friendly.

Great studio and very skilled welder for welded bracelets - cheaper and nicer than Astrid and Miyu. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience, I have had piercings done before, however, no one has ever taken the time to go through everything as Rae did. She is extremely knowledgeable about what she does and I felt at ease the whole appointment. The studio is beautiful, clean and hygienic. If I ever get another piercing, I would not go anywhere else. Thank you for your time :)

Really great experience! The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, welcoming and inclusive. They helped me to decide and explained everything to me. The piercing process was quick (if not painless, as expected!) the healing process was explained to me clearly and they have been healing cleanly so far

Popped in to get some information about a nose piercing, found the place via a recommendation from a friend. They are awesome, very knowledgeable, great selection of high quality jewellery. Got my nose pierced and it's been great, no issues and a really helpful care pack to make sure I can take care of it after the piercing.

My daughter had her belly pierced here she is very nervous of needles and they were very good with her , very clean and hygienic no issues with the piercing healed very well.
She then lost the top off her bar as a last resort got a new bar from somewhere else was suposed to be hypoallergenic but it started going bad so we went back to cardiff piercing they sterilised the bar was able to purchase a new top all sorted changed the bar for her an within a day it wasn't red and sore anymore. Very professional and helpful .

Very welcoming staff, made me feel very at ease and comfortable when I was a bit nervous. Will be going back in future for all other piercings.

The staff were amazing. This was my first ear piercing experience and they made sure I was comfortable with everything. The team there are lovely to chat with and I really appreciate how welcoming they were. I've had so many compliments on the placement of my piercings as well. So thank you!

This is a very professional business. They take great care of the customers.
No cutting corners. Piercing done with care.

Rebecca made me feel at ease whilst having 2 piercings, Daryn also made me feel comfortable whilst having my bracelet fitted, definitely returning in future.

Friendly and professional service. Would highly recommend.

I took my 8 year old who was anxious but adamant that she wanted her ears pierced. Rebecca was incredibly patient and just lovely. When we returned due to my daughters’s earing fallung out, Rebecca once again was so lovely with my daughter. Thanks so much

Amazing service,The employees are lovely.

Great all round service. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about the piercings and products. Can’t recommend this place enough. 100% happy will be back soon
