Great customer service, I was kept updated on the treadmill delivery. When it was delivered it was put where I wanted it. I will definitely deal with Jasper again.

Service was really amazing. I was browsing and comparing treadmills on cardio online website and left a message. Jasper from customer service responded quickly, had words with him and things started narrowing down, leading to a final decision. His initial approach seemed so friendly and genuine. I chose lifespan apex 2 smart treadmill and got it delivered earlier than expected. It was a straight forward setup with install manual provided, though most things came pre-installed, so so easy. Unfortunately I had some issue with it on the very second day and contacted Jasper again. He was on the go straightaway, assuring me the issues would be resolved soon. And he really meant it and did it. We exchanged info, images, etc and a technician was quickly arranged after confirming a few other things. The problem was resolved professionally by all the great effort of Jasper. From the beginning I had the feeling that he was really a friendly and helpful customer service representative. I love my new smart treadmill now. It’s so sturdy, has smart features, portable and silent. Will see how it goes as time goes on.
