I had after some research decided to use the Carefree Protect treatment for my new log cabin and some other things. Then hit a problem, due to Brexit issues they were unable to deliver into the UK. As I was not in immediate need of the product I took the decision to call them and enquire as to the possibility of getting the product somehow. My initial call was unanswered, but within 1/2 hour they returned my call and explained their difficulties, gave me advice on the product and said they would contact me if things changed. Sure enough about a fortnight later they called me to say they had nearly resolved the issues and watch their website for a change of status on UK deliveries, hopefully within a few days. Again a few days later they contacted me to say UK deliveries were live again, I placed my order on the website and they again contacted me to confirm the order. I received my order in full within a week (after paying the courier the new now obligatory 'Brexit' sorry import tax and they emailed at every point to update on delivery status Could not fault Carefree Protect at all, communication, customer service and delivery all first class and will have no hesitation in using or recommending them again.

Ik had aan mijn blokhut wat verkleuring aan de zonzijde en dat viel me tegen. Hierover heb ik Carefree Protect geïnformeerd en heb direct een advies en een nieuw tegen UV straling verbeterde 2 1/2 liter bus cadeau gekregen. Top!

I have placed an order with Carefree Protect team and unfortunately due to things outwith their control (Brexit) a lengthy delay has happened with customs.
Carefree were quick at getting this information to me and offered sufficient advice for me as a customer.
I am more than happy that they have dealt with this in the way they have and hopefully Customs can get things sorted quicker for us all and I will be able to place my order again.

The Concrete Grey product is superb. The coverage is excellent and goes on really easily. Very expensive, but seems to be worth it. Water just rolls off. Hopefully this will prolong the life of our brand new cabin.

Van de 10 literblikken kwam er slechts 1 niet gedeukt uit de ongeschonden verpakking!
Druk geimpregneerde Blokhut van 4x5 meter mee behandeld. Deze heeft 6 jaar zonder verdere behandeling buiten gestaan.
Verwerking met een lagedruk verfspuit ging prima.
Grote voordeel van dit product dat niet geschuurd hoeft te worden.
Hoe het product zich op termijn houdt, is nu niet te zeggen.
