Through LoLo, families can request flexible help with companionship, errands, transportation, meal preparation, light housekeeping, reminders, and other everyday routines. Families choose the type of support they need, along with the preferred date and time, then review available caregiver profiles before booking. Profiles provide helpful information such as experience, availability, services, ratings, verification status, and hourly pricing.
Trust and transparency are central to the LoLo experience. Our platform brings together identity verification, background screening, caregiver profiles and reviews, secure payments, clear visit details, and family-visible updates. This helps families make informed choices and stay connected throughout the care experience without relying on repeated calls, texts, or disconnected systems.
Care starts at $30 per hour, can be booked from as little as one hour, and does not require a long-term commitment. Whether a family needs occasional companionship, help with an appointment, regular visits, or extra support during a busy period, LoLo is designed to adapt to real-life needs.

I work as a caregiver for LoloCare while pursuing a full-time nursing degree at UNC. The role has been an excellent opportunity to gain clinical hours and experience outside a hospital setting. I assist clients with transportation to medical appointments, grocery stores, and other destinations. I also help with cleaning and provide companionship and conversation when needed. I value the flexibility to set my own schedule and choose how much I work. I have not encountered a difficult client; everyone has been kind and cooperative, and they have helped me feel safe and comfortable in their homes.
LoLo takes the stress out of coordinating care for older loved ones. The platform is easy to use, transparent, and gives families peace of mind through trusted caregivers, flexible scheduling, and clear communication.
