I completed a job for them, went above and beyond for the client and the client then turned around and refused to pay - despite being present, friendly and polite throughout the duration of the clean. No attempt from the company to rectify the matter, seems like a scam if you ask me as they would have taken some form of payment/deposit so are using this as a way to get free labour. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Very unprofessional Thay booked me in to do a job for them job was completed and thare hasn’t been no payment job was contacted on 19th February 2026 send multiple messages now and just getting ignored

Very unprofessional company. Hired me for a job which got cancelled. They forgot to inform me so I still showed up to work. I tried resolving the issue with their office and said I would accept a lesser payment to to cover my travel expenses but they refused to help. Very unprofessional.

Booked for an oven clean, initial contact was great and they were able to help at short notice. The cleaners arrived and did a great clean on our oven however they cleaned our oven trays into our kitchen sink which has resulted in a completely blocked kitchen sink. I wasn't aware this is how the clean would take place, in our kitchen sink otherwise would have requested someone who can do the cleaning of trays in a van or outside area.
This also meant there was large amounts of grease splats across our kitchen sink/dishes area. At the time I got on and cleaned this after they had left as I was really pleased with how the oven had come out but on reflection this has been much more hassle than it was worth and the time and products we have had had to buy to unblock the sink have meant something that was meant to make life easy has actually caused more issues.
I raised this with the company who initially apologised and was going to investigate further but it seems there is not going to be any follow up which is disappointing.

Absolutely lovely guy did a great job but sadly he broke the pulley on my blind which I now have to replace

End of tenancy clean for a very dirty house that had been standing empty for a few months. Promptly booked in and good communication about fees. Would recommend.

The ladies work exceptionally hard, and pay attention to detail. After many years of trying to find good cleaners we now have a first class team.

I have been using Care n Tidy to clean my Home since October 2025 after my previous cleaner let me down. As soon as the initial clean was completed you could see the superior service they provide. They now attend my property bi-weekly and the work is always completed to an excellent standard - you definitely get what you pay for. Their communication is also excellent. My house has never looked cleaner and I have very high standards. I'm very happy to recommend them to anyone - thank you to the whole team

I have used Carentidy services today to get my bathroom deep cleaned and trust me it needed a thorough deep cleaning. Limescales every where. specially on the shower glass. It was sparkling in less than 2 hours, such was the quality of work. Very well done and keep up the good work.
