I enjoy shopping on the c/oGERD site
I enjoy shopping on the c/oGERD site. it is very easy to find the product I am looking for and what the product does. Full ingredient lists are very helpful. I love the skin care line for mature skin, shampoo/conditioner are wonderful.
One thing I have had problems with is replies to my emails. I am in USA so might be an issue? In the last 6 months I had left 2 emails with no response.

Highly recommend
I first used these products onboard my Viking Cruise. They worked so well I had to order them!

We used the products in Granö Beckasin and i fall in love with.We was on holiday there and i orderd the products to my home, Switzerland.It works an it delivery the package in one week since i order online.
That was amazing, i love the mix from the natural flavours and the pure nature feeling on the Skin-Body and Hair.

Blueberry Balm and Transportation Delay
Edited Review: c/o Gerd contacted me after my initial review. Transportation delays in Germany impacted my order. I requested a refund which c/o Gerd quickly issued. I did finally receive the order a month later from the original order date.
The order was for Blueberry Balm which I really like the moisturizer and ease of use.
I rated them five stars due to their timely and respectful response and the effectiveness of their product.
