We were so thankful for Marty who was so knowledgeable and helpful to us recently as we were searching for an assisted living facility for our friend. He not only supplied us with names of the facilities that fit her needs but he went with us as we toured the facilities and talked with the representative. He was genuinely concerned about our questions and he helped us feel confident with our decision. Several years ago we were faced with this very same situation and had no one to help us. Having Marty by our side made all the difference for us this time!

Mary Ann was great to work with. We were referred to her to help us find a location for my in-laws. She made the process easy and was a great resource for questions and referrals.

Bonnie Elliott is AMAZING! Her expertise is only equaled by her compassion! As our family was struggling with negotiating the Medicaid application process, and working on plan B, should she not qualify, Bonnie and her team were right alongside of us, working to remove the burden from us, to identify an alternate placement for Mom. The "education" she provided us, the counsel, and the research that she did were invaluable to our family. I would highly recommend this group, and I pray God blesses them for their compassionate competent commitment to the elderly and their families. What a gift!

Our family recently required assistance in finding a home for our mother to receive hospice in. Reza Mir was extremely helpful in helping us achieve our goal. Reza’s only concern was in helping us. He responded within 24 hours with multiple options, then allowed us time to visit each one and make our decision. We could not be happier with the results. Every other person we spoke to wanted to set up an appointment 3 to 5 days out and then wanted to visit each place with us. They made it feel like a real estate transaction. Reza made it feel like he cared about our mother himself. When you work with someone like Reza on such an emotional decision, it makes it that much easier. If we could give him 10 stars we would.

We were looking for an assisted living facility in the Dallas area and had no idea where to start. My brother had suffered a major stroke and many facilities were simply not able to provide the level of care he required. From the moment we were introduced to Tracey, we felt we were in capable, professional hands. Tracey learned about my brother’s physical and emotional needs, his financial situation and everything else necessary to find the right facility. She worked diligently and soon gave us a list of facilities that were all good, viable options. She then helped us evaluate each, often providing information not easily available on online resources. The result was the “perfect” placement of my brother. Our fears that he would not like the facility were quickly put to rest - he loves it. Tracey was a pleasure to work with, and we could tell she was truly interested in her clients. Tracy McKinley was so very helpful in the process of finding a place for my aunt. She scheduled tours of facilities that she thought would be best for my aunt. The first one ended up being the one I chose. She also put me in touch with a VA representative in getting financial assistance from the VA to help cover her stay in the facility. Throughout the process, she was always a phone call away in making sure things were going smoothly. It's wonderful to have a company that does this kind of help when stressful decisions have to be made regarding your loved ones. I hope more people are able to take advantage of these kinds of services. I will definitely do my part in spreading the word about Care Patrol. Thank you so much!

We were lost. My mothet in laws doctor sent us to social services for her dementia. They got us in touch with Eric at Care Patrol. He explained everything thoueoughly and made the heartbreaking decision of taking her out of ohr home and placing her in others care ao much easier. We worked with Cindy Evans and Myra Taliaferro to find an assisted living facility for my stepfather who was running out of funds to stay where he is. They were both so caring and responsive and put a lot of effort into helping us. Ultimately we found a way financially to keep him where he is, but we really appreciated their kindness and support.

Chad was extremely helpful in guiding our family through the difficult process of seeking the right home, at the right price, at the workable terms our family could afford. He helped with acquiring the best room and the appropriate level of care after we found the home that dad would be comfortable in. Finally, Chad stopped by unexpectedly to visit my dad at about the 2 week point of his new home, to see how he was coping, if there were any issues, and to ensure dad was satisfied. Top Marks!! Niki Alban was so very helpful when I needed to move Mom to Memory Care in Allentown. Mom lived in another state and Niki helped me navigate that challenge and find a great facility for her. Mom is doing very well ow and she is safe and happy. Thank you to Care Patrol for the great support!

The assistance and professionalism of the entire team is remarkable. They have the knowledge that anyone looking for a residence for a loved one will need. Lori is a wonderful asset to, and cheerleader for, Care Patrol of Charlotte and the families they assist! I had never heard of them and was referred by my caregiver support group. What a blessing!
