We used CarePatrol to help with post-rehab placement for my 100 y/o mother who could not return to her previous living situation. I had used them in a different State to assist with placement of a dementia patient and was quite familiar with their level of service and very pleased with that outcome.

The advisors in the Greater Milwaukee office were excellent! They provided information on assisted living facilities that they had personally vetted and accompanied me on all the facility visits. Afterwards they helped me review each and make an informed decision as to the best place for Mom. Even after Mom moved in, they were available for guidance with questions on service. They promptly returned calls/messages, even after hours, which was gratefully appreciated.

I would recommend them to anyone faced with placing a loved one in a care facility. It's almost impossible to navigate the system on your own, even if you have some experience with it.

Lisa Richardson did a fantastic job in assisting our family in finding a placement for our Father. She asked us information about our Father’s likes and was so patient with us.

When my Mother-in-law fell and we found ourselves on an unfortunate, familiar path, I remembered Todd Seidl and the excellent help he provided to us with my Mother a few years back. Once again he came to our rescue. He enlisted Chad Ramsey's help and in no time we had several options for Assisted Living Facilities. They truly helped take the stress and effort out of the process and their care and genuine concern bought us to the wonderful new "Home" where my Mother-in-law now happily resides.

I called the number for Care Patrol and got Anthony. He immediately went to work and took care of everything. That very afternoon we were looking at 3 places. All of them were excellent care facilities, and we were able to make our decision the next day. We had to move quickly, as my sister was getting out of rehab, and needed to be placed somewhere, as we could not take care of her at home. She needed more help than we could give her. I had just a few days to find somewhere, and with Anthony's help, - - NO PROBLEM. He was very nice, dedicated to our needs, and on short notice found us an excellent place for my sister. Thanks for a job well done.

CarePatrol has been an excellent resource for our family while navigating assisted living for our loved one. From providing options, to helping us review and discussing health issues with many of the homes, a lot of the initial legwork was provided by our representative. This helped us decide which homes to tour, additional research which later aided in our decision.

Our representative, Dina was wonderful to work with. Friendly, professional, informative and empathetic. She made an uncomfortable process a bit less overwhelming.

Very good at identifying facilities that met our requirements. Greatly reduced the time it would have to get to a contract.

I reviewed several places with a representive after giving my wants and budget. We talked again in a few days. I told them the first 2 options were a no go and the 3rd was a maybe. So we discussed some more options and went to visit 2 locations. The first was very nice in a nice area of town, with several specials to make our monthly costs easy my wife is now a resident here and being treated very nicely. Would do it again.

Anna helped our family through a tough situation with compassion, warmth, and professionalism! With her help, we were able to find the perfect facility. Anna was able to help us understand our options in a much more efficient way than if we'd tried to figure it out on our own. And, having her on our side made the lease process much smoother. Highly recommend!

Lisa is the best! She organized everything for me while I was going through some very difficult time with my family. My sister-in-law is so happy at her new place, and has made so many new friends. The staff is exceptional and has met everyone of her needs. I would truly recommend her to anyone who needs the help that I needed.

Todd from Care Patrol helped me through a very difficult time, did not stop until we were all that content with where he should go. They were nothing but helpful, friendly, honest, and they come through for you. If you are not happy then they aren't happy. They work with you and don't force you into anything.

Having used Care Patrol three years ago, when we found ourselves needing to move Mom, we called again. Todd listened to what we said and helped us to find a facility that fit her needs.

I have never had anyone work so hard and get results as fast as Dina. I called on Tuesday and had places to review the next day. My mom was a hard to place senior because of her level of care, but they did it. I also referred them to my local ADRC. Care Patrol is the best company I worked with. I tried two others with no results, ever.
