Amazing service! We needed a temporary Carer for my 98 year old mother in her own home at extremely short notice. Carers on Demand found us a wonderful person who was also a trained nurse and who was fantastic with my mother - calm, friendly and incredibly hard working (including disturbed nights). Emma at the agency responded quickly and most efficiently. Thank you!

What can i say but carers on demand is one of the best companies I have worked for they are supportive of us as carers and deal with any issues I have promptly one of the things I like about them is that they offer such a good wage compared with all the other care companies which I think is very important they show they value us as carers because of the good wage they pay us ... lovely company to work for ..

Carers on Demand have been fantastic! We have tried many agencies over the years and COD beats them hands down!
The service is so professional and they really understand what is required when matching the right carer with the client, they believe in continuity of carer.
We are so happy with our long term carer and she not only has experience in caring for people with dementia but really enjoys her job. I couldn’t recommend them more.

As an office employee I can confirm that at Carers On Demand we thoroughly vet our carers to ensure they are trained and hold certificates of proof, entitled to work in the UK, Police and reference checked, and are fully insured.
All our carers attend a face to face interview.
We have a proven track record of aligning the right carer to match a clients needs and we pride ourselves on our transparency in all areas which awards us with the great reputation we have gained over the years.
