Helpful and efficient - pleasure to deal with and will be shopping with them again

They were extremely helpful in helping me order a specific type of sweet that was not currently stocked.

For context, I take sweets over to the USA when I visit my brother twice and year, and the specific type of bubblegum bottle that he likes is quite hard to find (most are quite chewy and cheap tasting).

Caribou Candy went out of their way to help me order this despite them not stocking it directly at this time.

Just wanted to say thanks for their help and also how quick they were in getting it ordered for me.

Received the goods very fast in a good…

Received the goods very fast in a good condition.

Requested an invoice, received a reply the same day - but havent received invoice yet, and next emailes are ignored.

Will give a 5* for now, if I wont receive invoice will change.

Right after I left my feedback here i have received an invoice, even more I asked to make a little amendment there and they have done it very fast.

I dont mind if they did it because they saw the feedback or not, but they did a good job.

Missing order

Two orders arrived swiftly with no problems but one has unfortunately not arrived and despite a number of emails and contact message sent there has been no reply .
I am a bit disappointed as until this order I had been a happy customer
Update : 16/7/26
The company has now replied to my emails and have apologised and refunded the missing order .
They are having issues with the delivery company

Can’t believe there aren’t more…

Can’t believe there aren’t more reviews! I stumbled across this online sweet shop after craving some retro sweets. Wow! Price is great the quality and flavors of sweets are much better than I expected. Thank you, I will be returning and recommending this shop

5 Star Candy Store!!

Great prices and great quality of sweet treats!
So much to choose from and postage was nice and speedy. Really happy with the service and I was very kindly given an added extra with my order which was lovely!
Will definitely use this company again and recommend to others 100%. Thank you very much 😊
