The company sent me an email for a 2 for 1 deal. I thought it sounded great. I ordered another build your brand. Sent through the 2 photos. It's not good service they sent me 1 picture of what I wanted. I asked what about 2nd picture. They I have to read ts and cs. I think it's not good to send an email thru and not explain what you can and can't get. Not happy

Be very careful, they don't give you a preview and you can't change anything once they do it, so no review, I wasted my money as I was doing a print to hand to a sponsor and it was an embarrassing photo and couldn't use it!

From start to finish they were awesome. I told them what I wanted and they had a draft done quickly. I didn't change a thing. The final product was done faster than promised. Really, really great product. I'll definitely use them again. Tsvetina was great to deal with.

The process was extremely fast, and the design confirmation process was nice and thorough. I actually think my illustrations turned out much nicer than the examples on the website! I had to get extra changes made to some of my images due to things that came up after the order had already been completed, but the team was helpful with allowing me to request and pay just for those edits instead of making me walk through the whole ordering process again. Tip/Advice: take the design notes from he team exactly literally! I thought a background shown to me was just a general idea of what it would look like, when it was actually 90% identical in the final product! Seems obvious in hindsight, but good to be aware of. I at least appreciate the precision of knowing exactly what you're going to get before you get it.
