The advisor was very good I explained to him I was hard of hearing so could not hear on the phone and he said no problem so everything was by text was a very long process but he finally found us our car we was going back and forth most of the day till he got us the right deal I would highly recommend Carki to my friends and family

I honestly can not praise and recommend Stephen at Carki enough. Excellent service from start to finish. Even on his day off he still ensure I was happy and completed my finance deal. Helped me look for cars. Extremely quick turn around. He has made the whole process so easy. If I could give more stars I would.

From the start of the process James our advisor was clear,polite, no pressure, no jargon, honest about when he had spoken to dealers that if they didn't sound right then he did not use them. He gave us plenty of time to choose different vehicles, kept in contact with through all of the the process, even when we had collected the vehicle.

For a financial service, it was nice not to be pressured and to have someone that was honest x

The service from Ellis was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Recently decided to buy a new car and from the start I was bombarded with calls and people who really couldn't be bothered to help, I spoke to Ellis and within minutes he was searching for cars , with a couple of tweaks from my end he ended up finding a great car and talked me through the whole process.
I will be using you again and will recommend anybody I know in the same situation.

So I was looking for a car and I tried others before coming across Carki via an ad on Instagram. Filled the application and the next day, the car was ready for pickup when the others are still asking foe documentation and all :)

One thing I loved the most about Carki is that I had so many options. I was asked the car I wanted and I was giving so many options to pick from.

Been assisted by James, who was impeccable throughout the whole process, which process was incredibly smooth by the way. James looked among the car options i liked and found the one i wanted at a very good deal with zero deposit and within my budget, letting me close a finance agreement in 45 minutes. He also dealt with the dealer to agree the part exchange of my previous car. The day after I was able to inspect/ test drive the vehicle, confirm i was happy with it and exchange keys, driving away with my new car in less than 1 hour. All of the above in 2 and a half days sharp. Great service, thank you James, well done Carki!

Just completed my new car deal with this company. I dealt with Stephen, who was honest and kept me informed of the process along the way. I had previously struggled to get a finance agreement in place as I already have multiple vehicles but this was not an issue for them, the approval was in place within 48 hours of contact. I had an issue with the original vehicle I was purchasing when going to view the vehicle and Steven was quick to get this resolved and an alternative vehicle financed within a week. I had a few reservations after the first vehicle had gone wrong (not Carki's fault, but the dealer) but Stephen was reassuring throughout the process.
I would highly recommend Carki and Steve!
