Carloans was one of the worse places I've gone to get a carloan done. I had spoken to a specialist and filled in my forms and he said we can have it all done by 2weeks and I was like great, that was in Oct last year its now Jan 2019 and with me trying to ring the guy and email the guy with no answer, then trying to get in contact with the company to no avail either I've had enough. I have no idea what's been done with my information and now it's recorded on my credit rating even though nothing has happened. Thank you for nothing

Honestly the best experience I've ever had with a company, Liam Attard at Carloans was the most professional, keen to impress and diligent person I have dealt with, both in customer service and in producing results - I am absolutely implored to express my opinion of this company especially Liam, he went above and beyond in the quickest timeframe ever (First contact on a Monday, car paid for on the Wednesday, same week) - Thank you Liam, you've been amazing and made a stressful time of spending money a comfortable experience.

At first i got a guy called tom that appeared to friendly and helpful but he would never answer my calls and pretty much didnt care weather i got a loan or not.

but i ended up a lady called kim. she was amazing. she really went that extra mile for you. towards the end i thought she was the most amazing person in had ever met. and now i drive my sexy new car all thanks to her.

Abi Yoa was absolutely amazing, nothing was too difficult. Abi was very prompt and on the ball at all times.she was always very polite and nothing was ever too difficult.Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a car loan.Cudos to Abi👍
