Carlos Saavedra Design Opiniones

Carlos is an exceptionally gifted Master Carpenter. Over the past 4 months of a large home renovation Carlos has worked tirelessly to fix every aspect of the carpentry issues. He rebuilt staircases, sash windows, bespoke kitchen cabinetry, patio doors, door frames, bespoke cabinets, steps, you name it Carlos was able to create, repair and restore! Absolutely remarkable, there is nothing he can’t do. He is also one of the nicest people you could meet. He is kind, polite, hardworking, honest and always willing to go the extra mile. Carlos offers advice, work arounds and is very keen to ensure that his work is finished to the highest standard. I would be very happy to recommend Carlos and would work with him again on new projects.

I commissioned Carlos to make this lovely coffee table. I wanted something that was original, handmade and would fit well with the space and decor of my flat. We worked on the design together and he suggested the wood and finish. Carlos has a great eye for detail and took immense care in the making of this table. He is a true craftsman. I highly recommend working with him if you want quality and something that will last you for years.

Carlos completed the rehanging of two doors for us at short notice for a good price and to a very high standard. It wasn't the easiest job due to the irregular frames and he kept me involved where trade off decisions needed to be made.
Prompt, quality work and a good communicator. Would recommend.

I was fortunate that Carlos was recommended to me.His workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding from start to finish .
He made some beautiful bespoke shelving for me. Carlos was reliable, professional and trustworthy. It is rare to find someone who cares so much about the details.
Everything was completed to a high standard and the finish is just amazing !
I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for quality carpentry work.
Thank you so much Carlos!

Carlos did a fantastic job on our kitchen media wall. He’s honest, communicative and really knows his stuff - he even helped us refine the design as we went along.

The craftsmanship is brilliant and he honestly went above and beyond by tackling a few extra tasks for us. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and talented. We’d recommend him in a heartbeat!

Couldn’t recommend Carlos more highly. We found Carlos via Reddit and contacted him to build some bespoke wardrobes and a window seat. From start to finish, he has been incredible. He is very detailed and thorough, and he made sure to communicate with us any concerns or ideas he had. When he was building/installing he was very careful to make sure our floors were looked after and he was very tidy. The finished product is honestly the nicest and well made furniture I’ve seen and we’re really happy.

Carlos's exceptional eye for detail and his own craftsmanship brought our initial ideas for a home cinema to life. He made use of spaces we didn't know we had and delivered the most exceptional service. From quotation to project management, we can't recommend Artifex enough. We're now looking into a kitchen renovation and this company will definitely be our go-to.

Outstanding Craftsmanship! We are absolutely thrilled with the bespoke fitted wardrobes & furniture that Carlos made & installed for us. His attention to detail is impeccable. Carlos is a highly talented carpenter & an absolute pleasure to deal with. His knowledge & skills are second to none!

We had drawers and shelves fitted into our built-in wardrobes, matching the exact material. The result is impressive and exceeded our expectations in term of both design and speed. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and won’t hesitate to contact Carlos in the future. Highly recommend!

Carlos is an exceptional joiner. He has done several quality modifications to our built in wardrobes, creating custom storage exactly matching the existing wood and internal decorations.

He is able to veneer match, uses lasers to ensure everything is 100% accurate and is extremely clean and precise when doing his work, also using specialist equipment to hoover up the dust as it happens.

Not only that, Carlos is very understanding when it comes to specifying a design and working with clients as we have changed our minds several times thought the process and he has been very flexible each time helping us to iterate to a perfect final result.

We cannot recommend him highly enough!

Carlos has carried out many projects for my family over the years, always to an exceptional standard, would recommend him to anyone.

Carlos recently made me a very bespoke piece of equipment for my personal training gym (an atlas stone platform) - not something he’d done before!

He fully listened to the brief, provided me with some CAD visuals (which we tweaked together a number of times) & he built & installed the sizeable structure very promptly.

I’m delighted with the work he’s done & already have another bespoke project for him (he doesn’t know about it yet).

Would highly recommend & will be using his services again.

We couldn’t be happier with the work Carlos has done for us. From start to finish, the craftsmanship and attention to detail were second to none. He designed and built stunning wooden gates that have completely transformed the look of our property, adding both style and security.

Inside the house, his work on our cabinets and wardrobes was equally impressive. Every piece fits perfectly, and the finish is flawless. It’s clear that Carlos takes pride in his work and uses only the highest quality materials. He listened carefully to what we wanted and offered great advice to make sure everything turned out even better than we’d imagined.

If you’re looking for a skilled and reliable carpenter who delivers top-quality work, look no further. We’d recommend Carlos without hesitation!

Cannot rate Artifex Joinery highly enough! Carlos' attention to detail and finished product is outstanding. He is a craftsman who takes huge care and pride in his work. I've now used him for a number of projects including bespoke home-office for my husband; circular oak kitchen island; and two sets of fitted wardrobes; bespoke in design and colour matched to Farrow & Ball. I would happily use Artifex for any future projects; and indeed, do have something planned for the New Year..!

Always a 5* service from Artifex Joinery! Carlos is a pleasure to work with, from the early stages of discussing a design through to final installation. Nothing is too much trouble. Carlos has designed and built numerous bespoke items of furniture for our home - we wouldn't go to anyone else!
