The boots were two full sizes too small.
I ordered a 41 and they were a 39 at a stretch.

We can see that you placed three orders and were able to request free returns for two of them within the returns window, which we were more than happy to arrange.
Unfortunately, the remaining return request was made three days outside of our returns period. Nice boots but slow delivery
Ordered the Maffei taupe ankle boots in the sale. Love the boots but delivery was slow. In the small print it does say 2-9 days for UK delivery. Paid on 8/1 and only despatched on 13/1. Received 15/1.

Disappointing as they sold the boots without checking stock
Found boots I was looking for and placed an order as they were in stock. I was wondering a few days later when they were going to be delivered. I then received a long email saying the stock they had was damaged and they couldn’t locate the same boots in their stockists.
