It was a really hard to implement task, but the guys did it, and did it really well. To find such an EU car as AR Giulia QV in JP in mint condition for a not bad price — it was cool enough. It took a lot of time and patience. We were really close to dropping out the search and switching to the simpler cases with other cars, but the guys spent a lot of time being in touch with me, supporting and keeping the focus. Everyone was polite, paying attention to all the details, helping me with all my questions. As a result of all the hard work, I got that great Italian masterpiece. Excellent experience. I'm glad about all of these after all.

All three times, the quality of service has been excellent. The value-for-money ratio is probably the best on the market.

During the car search, they provided all the information about specific cars in Japan, sometimes even highlighting things I wouldn't mention myself. They handled all the processes related to buying, shipping and registering the car, so to me it felt more like a "all-in-one package" rather than "assistance" with car purchase.

With the first car I bought I had a small incident - the dent was left on the door during the transportation process. Even though that wasn't fault of Car Nerds, they gave me a 200 EUR discount which covered the repair.
Another car I bought had a huge scratch on the bumper (that was visible at the moment of purchase), which they painted before finally giving the car to me, and even covered the cost of the repair.

Overall the company's approach to customer service and willingness to help really stands out among other companies. I was so impressed with it that I recommended Car Nerds to some of my friends, and one of them bought a car as well.

Pros:

I’m very happy I chose CarNerds. They stayed within my budget while also finding a car that matched my exact requirements for color and specification. Communication was clear and consistent and I always knew what the next step was.
After the auction win, it took about 3 months for everything to be completed. Pickup in Limassol was quick and hassle-free - the car was fully prepared and ready to drive away.

I ordered several cars through these guys because I'm happy with the quality, excellent communication, and the entire process. As always, I contacted them via Telegram, paid a 10% deposit of the estimated price via bank transfer, and they sent me auction lots for approval. After winning, I paid the remaining amount for the car and delivery. I signed a contract with a fixed price and payment via bank details closer to the car's arrival. Two months later, I received the car with license plates. This time it was a nearly new BMW 523i with a warranty and free service that remain in Cyprus.

My order was with S grade in the Auction list.
Somehow the car stayed long in Japan (might be auction estimation was quite long time ago - not sure)

Anyway - when I got the car - there was a 'paint chip' right on the front near the honda icon. It was quite not cool - as I was ordering the protection plastic at that moment.

Grigory from Card Nerds payed for repiar and it is not visible at all right now. So i am very happy with the service.
