Gold Standard Cleaning has definitely lived up to its name. Luke has done a really professional job on my carpet which hadn't been cleaned for quite some time. He was professional, conscientious and thoroughly pleasant and helpful. He was so generous with his time and worked really hard. He also let me use a voucher I'd got from an RSPCA auction that I'd foolishly let expire. I would definitely recommend him to anyone considering having their carpet cleaned
I had a carpet repair following an iron burn to a cream bedroom carpet.
Luke visited at the agreed time and explained the process to me and proceeded to carry out the job.
On completion I could not believe my eyes, an absolutely perfect invisible repair with strands from a spare piece of carpet woven in.
Luke himself was an absolute delight, friendly, polite and respectful of the house while he worked.
