Previous owner of our house recommended Harvey at the Carpet Gallery if we ever needed help. And we were not disappointed at all. Was always prompt to measure and quote up and discuss our needs for our house - even though we had picked a more expensive carpet initially he advised that with three young children maybe that would not be the best option and recommended an alternative which was cheaper. Allowed us to take time with the samples at home in our own setting. And then the best experience was the fitting itself. With building work ongoing and rooms fully occupied him and his team delivered a timely stress free result which we are delighted with. The price was competitive, could you get cheaper elsewhere. Who knows. But you won’t get the level of customer service like you do with Harvey and that’s priceless. Would highly recommend.

The company was completely professional in their dealings with me but with a personal touch They were extremely accommodating over dates and times and dealt with my requests considerately. The costs were competitive and came with discounts.

Top class service from Harvey and his team. The great experience we had started from the showroom in Chiswick where we had clearly great advices on the type of carpet to make our final decision the best one. Then quickly a site visit at our place done the next day. Two weeks later the job was completed and really well installed by very experience fitters.
From start to the end it was a ten out of ten. Highly recommended !

Excellent service - really helpful advice (eg on pros and cons of wool and synthetic), careful pre-fitting inspection when measuring up (eg pointing out that the floorboards didn't extend beyond the skirting boards), very quick with the fitting date, fitted very swiftly, and took great trouble to make sure everything went smoothly at the fitting. Highly recommended.

Visited Chiswick shop, but was referred to Richard at the sister shop in Westbourne. Richard did a truly fantastic job, sourcing an entire reel of carpet and cutting it in a single piece for a large country house. Entire carpet was bordered and laid as a runner on two floors and two flights of stairs. All done in three visits. Truly exceptional job by skilled craftsmen.
