The site says 10% cashback on losses but when I checked my account after losing 80 last week I only got 3 EUR back. Support explained some convoluted formula involving 'eligible bets’ but it didn’t match the promo language.

Counted about 25 live tables including roulette and game shows. Played Lightning Roulette for 30 minutes, lost 17 EUR. Variety is fine. Would prefer more 0.50 minimum bet tables during peak hours.

The car seat covers that cam were incorrect. I have emailed asking to be able to return the covers to theirselfs. But I've had no joy or reply so I am out to pocket right now.

Well done goods arrived on time

Colour as depicted in pictures. (Burnt orange) A really good fit, dropped one star due to one of the elastic tags coming off when I put a clip through it and tried to attach it to the other tag. Other than that brilliant.

Received on time. Had a faulty zip on one of the covers and after sending a photo they sent out a new set straight away and apologised. Overall they are of good quality. Would recommend

The product itself looks to be of great quality however the packaging was shocking. They have a thin cardboard box which holds the product but in terms of packaging it is a measly bag no thicker than a plastic carrier bag from the shop. This served no protection and when it arrived the products paclaging was damaged. When this is a gift for someone else this doesnt look great and makes it look like its second hand when in reality it is not. I assume the box was fine when shipped but the delivery drivers are obviously not the most careful people in the world!

The material that the seat cover is made from is good and seems to be robust. However the lack of elastic around the base of the cover, makes it slide and crumples when you sit on it. They need to be more secure around the base of the car seat. I have a Ford Ranger.

This is good quality, but the Velcro isn’t anywhere near strong enough. The elastic loops don’t fit around anything, so are rendered useless. Wider Velcro strips and more of them would be great.
