They found the issue of wrong wiring…
They found the issue of wrong wiring during the inspection and it was a decent price, but my car left with a coolant leak that wasn’t there before, with coolant sprayed all over the engine bay.

We’re very sorry to hear about the coolant issue on your 2005 Mercedes. However, after carefully reviewing the photos and videos of your vehicle, all of our work was carried out in the boot area. Your vehicle came in with an audio-related issue, and the amplifier is located internally, meaning all work was completed inside the vehicle and nowhere near the engine compartment.
It is unfortunate that your vehicle experienced overheating while in our workshop, which was not something that could have been predicted. To our understanding, the vehicle had only recently been purchased, so it may be worth raising this with the supplying dealer-particularly as the overheating occurred while the vehicle was stationary. Our team also noted several additional dashboard-related issues at the time, all of which we have documented.
We have detailed photos and videos of the work carried out, including timestamps, and you are more than welcome to view them by coming into our store.
We take matters like this seriously and remain open to discussing this further with you. Please feel free to contact us directly.

Never used this company but they tried taking a payment from me ...... Luckily it was declined ...... Just to clarify I'm in Turkey on Holiday.

We have been informed that a number of low-value transactions (between £5–£10) have been attempted and declined. These transactions are not from our company and appear to be test or “ghost” transactions carried out by third parties.
We have also spoken with several other individuals today who have reported the same issue, which indicates this is not related to our business or services.
We are an established company that has been trading for over 10 years and take issues like this very seriously. As no services have been used and we were not contacted directly prior to this review, leaving a 1-star review is unfair and does not accurately reflect our business. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss this and clarify any concerns.
