Let’s go back to being of experience previous . We saw Ford Eco sport 2019 in red on line pictures looked great with two keys so we put deposit down online the car was actually in Newcastle being used as courtesy car so had to pay transfer delivery and admin fee . My current car was used in PX . Few days later received phone call from Hessle branch to say car was ready and unfortunately only one key. I was told the second key had been found and would be sent to me shortly. The experience of PX and buying and delivery was brilliant. The car had been prepared to very high standard and with twelve months warranty that’s great . I also carried out Car vertical check to confirm history. We are waiting for the second key to arrive this week . Finally the second key arrived which fair play to CarSupermarket staff who made it happen and corrected their mistake .

Friendly sales nothing was to much trouble transaction was made so easy and guided through every step highly recommend hope to visit for next purchase in future

I would recommend CarSupermarket.com Preston to friends and family because it was quick and simple to find a car that met my needs. The car was pretty much as described and came with the service history I asked for. Other details were sorted within a week of me taking delivery. The staff were kind, helpful and if they didn't know the answers they went to find someone who did.

I do think the £199 compulsory admin fee can turn people off as its paying for paperwork which would ordinarily be done as part of buying a car.
A £25 'movement' fee to get the vehicle to Preston was added originally, but this was very quickly taken off after I asked it to be. When you commit to buying a vehicle over £11,000 (and when you see how much carsupermarket were paid in commision) that's the last thing im paying, so if you do buy I'd ask that to be taken off.
