Repeatedly taking $29.95 from my bank, for services I haven't got or had, seems a scam

I got a bracelet black in a red bag and a place mat, witch is for what I dont know its not what its ment to be for your fixing your eyes instead of using glasses. It's not anything but a plastic needed bracelet, so I then the took 3 payments from my bank for same item. Trough paypal, I want all my money back and I will send back the silly bracelet. I await a table to do so. I had to block them from taking any other money from my account. Paypal paid me back one payment as on same day they took money twice and then a few days later they took a 3rd payment.i was well and truly coned out of my money

I dont usually trust online stores much but this was okay. Support helped me quickly and didn’t overcomplicate things.
