The store is really easy to navigate, and the customer service was amazing. Will definitely be purchasing more from Cartco!

The products were very well wrapped and packaged. The tin is a little on the thin side and bends very easily. The worst part was the time it took to get to me. 9 days from Auckland to Christchurch. Please don't use Aramex. They are abysmal. I won't be purchasing from here again unless they change to CourierPost.

As requested, we followed up with Aramex regarding the delivery. Although the parcel was in transit over the Matariki long weekend, we agree that nine days is longer than expected for delivery from Auckland to Christchurch.
While courier delays are outside our direct control, we understand your frustration and are sorry the delivery took as long as it did.
We generally have very few issues with Aramex, but we appreciate you sharing your experience.
