Avoid as a letting agent. Unless you want to be tangled in an endless, bitter dispute over the deposit with them. Dirty game...

I sold my bungalow recently with Rob and George. It was marketed within a couple of days and they had a buyer within 2 days. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always available when I needed any questions answered. I was very impressed at the length of time taken in answering my my emails or calls, as this was very important to me. I would recommend this company to anyone selling a home.

I am a first time buyer. Rob at Cartershaw helped me buy a lovely flat near Poole quay. He is very professional, flexible and honest person. He is very polite and flexible as well. The whole team of CS is wonderful. I would highly recommend CS.

I would just like to so what great job Carter and Shaw Estate Agents of Ashley Road, Poole did for me in the purchase of my recant property.
Especially Robert Rudge, he chased the matters through to the end and got back to me very swiftly with an answer.
Estate agents often get a bad press and are not interested in either party once a offer has been accepted. I can assure you this certainly is not the case for Carter Shaw.
I would have no hesitation in using them again and would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Badly managed average agency with useless staff and ignorant owner

Buying our house with Carter Shaw was one of the best decisions we recently made. George Lawrence made sure we had a smooth and quick transaction. He really walked the extra mile. Highly recommended..!!

Rob was excellent. From offer accepted to completion (on a mortgage purchase) it was all completed in 6 weeks. Rob was always around to take our calls and if not available, he was quick to respond.

As a first time buyer we were unsure of the process. Rob helped us on every step of the way.

The purchase of my property was a long process due to lease extensions and structural reports, however no issues caused or to do with the estate agents but Rob was extremely efficient in the whole process, he would keep on top of the solicitors and the seller and always give valid updates. He kept his patience along the whole process and I would extremely recommend him to anyone looking at buying/selling a property. When I picked up the keys it felt great to be warmly welcome in the office on Ashley road and all the staff were extremely friendly! All in all a 5 start service and will be using again.
