I would like to share my excellent experience with Carter Willow, particularly Rosie, who has been outstanding throughout the process.

Been amazing from the 1st enquiry call to collecting my keys. Rosie ( absolute superstar) showed us around the house bo rushing answered all the questions we had and explained the full process to us. The follow up calls and emails all went super smooth no delays in replying to questions we had. Kept us informed on all updates and progress all the way to picking up the keys to our new home. Would 1000% recommend Carter & Willow and hopefully if I'm ever in a position to buy another house I'd definitely be looking to go them first.

Unashamedly, we picked Carter & Willow out from a number of other estate agents because they offered the most favourable selling commission compared to others in the area. They also encouraged us to ask more for our property that any other agent, this really helped us to attain a good price. They worked hard to get the best price, the property was sold within 2 weeks of going on the market. Communication was very good keeping us informed of progress at regular intervals. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Want to say a big thank you to Danielle Clay, I’ve had an unpleasant experience with other agencies in the area but Danielle was 5 stars. She went above and beyond when she didn’t have to, communicated very well, handled everything from start to finish excellently and will always be coming back for her services. I have just completed on selling my house using Carter & Willow. After speaking to several estate agents I was most impressed with Asa’s sales pitch, friendliness and knowledge of the local area so I decided to use them.

They sold my property quickly and smoothly, and I always felt supported throughout the process. The team, especially Rosie — was there for me from start to finish, very responsive, transparent from start to finish and a joy to have as my negotiator.

I found Asa and Rosie very helpful, they were professional whilst being friendly and approachable.

Carter & Willow are by far the best estate agent in Dagenham. After trying one of the bigger more well-known high street names, they sold the house so fast. I can honestly say this team outperformed them in every way — faster results, clearer communication, and a genuinely personal service.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this real estate agency, particularly with staff member Adam, whose lack of knowledge and poor communication added unnecessary stress to my home search.

On four separate occasions - both over the phone and during an in-person viewing—Adam assured me that the property was eligible under the government First Home Scheme, which was my primary concern. Relying on his repeated confirmations, I proceeded with interest, only to later discover that the home was not actually eligible. This misinformation caused significant delays and added to my anxiety during an already stressful process.

What’s worse, every time I followed up for clarification, Adam would vaguely promise to "get back to me," but his communication was consistently poor. A good real estate agent should be honest, knowledgeable, and proactive—especially when guiding first-time buyers through important schemes and requirements. Unfortunately, Adam was none of these things.

House hunting is a major life decision, and buyers deserve accurate information, transparency, and support from professionals who understand their needs. Instead, this experience was marked by misleading advice, empty promises, and a lack of accountability.

I would not recommend this agent to anyone, especially first-time buyers who need clear and reliable guidance. The entire process could have been smoother if the agent had taken the time to verify details before giving false assurances. A deeply disappointing experience overall.

What they produced was beyond my expectations. When ever I where my ring it is always commented on. All my special memories safe in one place thanks to them. I could not recommend them any higher.

The best agents I’ve had! Early days still but Danielle and her team have secured tenants who are well able to afford the market rent, in a highly efficient and professional manner (move in within 2 weeks ie much faster than previous agents I’ve had). Danielle has promptly and easily solved every ‘problem’ that I’ve had eg hole in carpet, new kitchen cabinet not having gap for piping for washing machine, my contractor having an emergency and not being able to finish last few small jobs, within a day or two at a price that I feel is far more reasonable than what other agents would have charged me. Shout out to Adam as well who visited to discuss the plan for securing good tenants too. Danielle is highly knowledgeable and uptodate with landlord responsibilities too - she has made me aware of things other agents have not told me about. She has a wonderful manner with my tenants and I feel they are in great hands with Danielle’s management team. I could not recommend her more highly!

Endrith handled the purchase with great diligence and made our purchase so easy that no words are enough to thank him

It was deeply unpleasant buying a property through Carter & Willow. The initial estate agent(s) were okay but after our offer was accepted we had to deal with a Sales Progression person. She was extremely pushy and definitely tried to pressure me as a first-time buyer. I was pressed to not try to negotiate the sales price after having a survey completed and she gave me incorrect mortgage advice which was centred around her trying to convince me to change from my mortgage advisor and instead use her 'friend'. My mortgage advisor informed me what she did was extremely unethical. I hope to never have to use Carter & Willow again.
