I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Paul for the excellent service tonight. His communication throughout was brilliant, keeping me updated and informed every step of the way. He was professional, friendly and reassuring and most importantly made sure both myself and my car got home safely.

I could not have asked for a better service and really appreciate all his help. Paul is a credit to Cartow.ie and I would highly recommend him and cartow.ie to anyone. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Scam alert !
I'm not surprised to see a 1.7 score on here.
A brutal time-wasting exercise this morning with 6 different staff members of CarTow.ie and their 'host company' Easitrip, has resulted in me writing this review to hopefully help others to switch to other services - because if you stay with these two companies, you'll be scammed if you need roadside assistance or breakdown.
I haven't got time to tell the whole story here - but they are running a scam [they charge you at a high rate per km for the provision of the tow-truck if you live more than 15km from wherever the tow truck has to drive from to get to you - and they don't tell you about ANY extra charge until the tow-truck is on it's way to you - then, it's 'if you don't pay, we cancel the truck' !
The driver was a lovely guy - it's the management of both companies that have put this scam proceedure in place recently.
It wasnt in place 9 years ago. For the past 9 years, I've been paying 3.99 a month [48 per annum] to Easitrip, for breakdown I've never needed to use [I've always used my AXA Insurance cover instead] - that's 432.00 I've paid to them at no cost to them - and when I tried to use the service today, I was scammed out of 26 because they said 'I lived too far away [in Balbriggan]'. Balbriggan is only 19km from the Swords address of my car mechanic - need I say more. Scammers - There's no mention of this scam charge on their website either - in fact, there's no mention of breakdown assistance on their site anymore - but they are still taking that 3.99 monthly from the majority of their customers ? I'm a customer of Easitrip [and NTA before them], since 1990 - 36 years - but their customer services staff are abysmal. All staff I dealt with today have a lazy, couldn't care less attitude - they are policing themselves and have refused to escalate my concerns to [real] management.
Switch to a different breakdown service provider - an honest one, like AXA etc, and switch to Eflow of course too - I'm doing that now to solve the problem.
