THE ARTICLE ARRIVED FROM CHARLESTOWN, IT DID NOT FIT THEY DiDNT HAVE THE RIGHT ONE IN STOCK, It was then a battle to get a refund from Charlestown store, they told us they would order another a ten days later heard nothing. Bought the right one from Inkstation. We bought online from cartridge world not knowing that they had a store 4 klms away. And let me say they shouldnt have a franschise if that is what it is.

The sale that you purchased on clearly specified "20% off Cartridge World brand". We would love to offer 20% off everything we sell during sales but unfortunately that's just not viable.
We can also see on the order you typed the discount code into the order notes rather than the discount section. Had it gone into the correct place, you would have been notified that the product you purchased was not eligible.

The delivery of the curved monitor was quick to Cartridge world in Wagga and Greg was really helpful phoning me to advised it was ready to collect. He even carried the box out to my car when I called to collect it.

My local Cartridge World has closed down, I rang the number provided on the internet and was delighted to speak with a young man who was very helpful and he sent me the link to what I was looking for. I ordered my goods online and he told me I would receive my item within a couple of days, to which I received and highly delighted with the polite young man who helped me. Also thank you delivery person.
