Brilliant customer service
I needed a new (used) car and found one online through autotrader at Carvenders dealership in Epping. I would have preferred something more local to me but the reviews for the dealership looked very positive, unlike some others I'd looked at, so I reserved the car online and booked a test drive. I had found the whole business of finding a suitable car within my budget very stressful but as soon as I met Qumer he was so helpful and reassuring, he had all the information about the car to hand answered any questions I had and I felt absolutely no sales pressure whatsoever. It can be quite difficult to find a dealer you have confidence in but I would recommend this one 100% , I've actually passed their details onto one of my neighbours who's looking for another vehicle. although I have returned the car, this is a good experience
I have purchased my 2021 Crose E from they though Autotrader. Although I need to return the car at the end, they are being professional and reasonable on the whole process. I have received the refund without any delay or issue.

Lovely relaxed experience
During the sale, Qumer was very patient and non of the usual salesman pressure. He is very organised and took his time to walk me through the paperwork. He was also very fair in his part exchange price, I had taken very good care of my car and he acknowledged and priced very fairly. His after sales service is very good and always available to assist. I will surely deal with Carvender again

Amazing experience
The process of buying the car was so easy and smooth. Willing to answer any questions that I had. Even when I changed my mind on the car I wanted to purchase, they provided me with a ton of other options which were similar to the original car I looked at.
The delivery was quick (would have been next day free delivery but I opted for a different day) and it arrived in the morning of my selected day.
The car I received is running smoothly and a very nice drive.
Also got a nice box of chocolates delivered with the car which is a lovely touch!

Great service from the team, open and transparent regarding the car. Full service history provided. Serviced and MOTd before collection. Qumar was quick to respond to any questions. Great from Start to Finish
From start to finish the service was amazing. Qamar always replied quickly and answered all my questions making sure I understood everything which made me feel at ease and confident about my purchase. CarVender, I have nothing but compliments, communication was fabulous and all my questions were answered with supporting evidence. The guys picked us up from the tube station, absolutely no pressure no hard sale tactics and the car was found as described no hidden issues. Actually the car exceeded our expectation very clean, all MOT advisories taken care of, drove the car away for a very pleasant 300 miles, thanks guys great work such a minefield to find a descent car dealer with decent stock and standards.
