Technical Supports & Genuine Commitment!

I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent support experience. I have been attempting to install CutLabX on a Microsoft Surface Laptop 7 (Snapdragon 12-core CPU, 32GB RAM) running Windows 11 Home. Despite a lengthy remote session with your technical team, the installation was unsuccessful on this specific hardware configuration. However, I was able to install the software without issue on my older Dell Latitude running Windows 11 Pro.

I would like to specifically commend Linsen and Akon for their outstanding professionalism. They dedicated nearly ten hours to troubleshooting my case, and I deeply appreciate their persistence and expertise.

I hope the Carverall development team can address these Windows 11 Home/Snapdragon compatibility challenges in a future release. I am currently getting started with the K15 Pro settings and look forward to further updates.

Thank you for the update. But I'm not in a position to downgrade or reinstall the operating system on my new Microsoft Surface Laptop.

Before I consider any drastic changes to my new laptop, has the Carverall development team specifically investigate the compatibility of CutLabX with the Snapdragon (ARM-based) processor.

While the software installs successfully on my Intel-based Dell Latitude, it remains incompatible with the new Microsoft Surface hardware. Since my Surface Laptop is running the factory-default Windows 11 Home Edition with no additional security software or third-party modifications, the issue appears to be related to the processor architecture rather than my system configuration.

I would prefer to avoid reinstalling or downgrading my OS, as this is a brand-new device. Instead, I hope the team can look into optimizing CutLabX for Snapdragon users

Also, my Surface Laptop (7th Ed) is currently using the default Microsoft factory settings with no third-party security software. Because the installation works on my Intel i7 laptop but not on this Snapdragon model, it suggests a compatibility gap with the new processor architecture. I would appreciate it if the technical team could look into this specific comparison

Hi, thanks for your comment, in fact, we have tested most of the Win10 and Win11, as per cross checking with our Engineers, there should be system update on your Win11, however due to the deep safety requirement of your notebook, if you want to use the machine, we hope you can install the formal and normal win10 and win11.

Best customer service ive ever had

Akon in customer service was the best ive ever experienced . Turned my frown upside down. Apparently customs broke up the product bc they wanted to designate the laser differently than it was packaged and sent as. Akon helped me every step of the way with even when I freaked out with wrong information from "shop app" I will definitely support Carverall more in the future

I bought a A1 at Carverall Amazon platform but there is a problem with infrared laser module, customer service resolved my problem very fast and send me a new infrared laser module very soon.
