We can't thank Matt and the team enough for installing a new mains water pipe under such short notice!

After discovering a lead mains water pipe in the way of our new french doors, we quickly needed a new water mains installing before the other builders arrived. Matt responded so quickly and offered a range of solutions to get the job done. Understanding the time constraints, he was able to squeeze us in, in under a week!

The team which showed up to complete the work were lovely and polite and super hardworking!! They arrived at 9am and the job was completed by 4pm - what more could you ask for! They put everything back as it was found and kept the house/garden nice and tidy.

The communication was excellent from start to finish and we recieved the report and certification the next morning.

We hired Cascade Waters to act as the Self Lay Provider for a new water connection after discovering that the developer had previously split the property into two flats without separating the water supply, leaving both flats on a single (and effectively illegal) connection. Cascade Waters carried out the works required to establish a proper new connection for each flat, and our experience with them has been very positive.

They were significantly cheaper than going directly through Thames Water, and the service they provided was excellent. The team was professional, responsive and very effective in liaising with both Thames Water and the Council to move the process forward.

They also took the time to explain the different steps involved and were always helpful and reassuring whenever questions came up. Although the overall timeline did get extended a couple of times, this did not seem to be due to them and they always appeared proactive in trying to move things along as efficiently as possible.

Overall, we were very satisfied with their service and would happily recommend Cascade Waters to others looking for a Self Lay Provider.

I had the Cascade team replace my old lead external water pipe, which had a leak, with a new blue MDPE pipe. The team arrived promptly, kept me informed about everything they were doing, including the most efficient and least disruptive pipe route, and finished the work to a really high standard. 5 stars :)

I had a shared water supply with a neighbour and needed an independent water account.
Matt went the extra mile to help sort out getting a supply at a reasonable cost. He explained it clearly to someone who knows nothing about all this.Laying the new pipe was not that easy as it had to go under steps and up a wall to the first floor. The plumber Matt and workmen John and Sam got it done and when the drain was a little blocked after moling, they came back the next day and quickly sorted it. Very impressed with the speed and efficiancy of paperwork too.

Cascade Water Services recently repaired a mains water leak at our 1To1 Flooring Branch in St Albans. From our first contact with Matt, the process was smooth, reassuring and much cheaper than 2 alternative quotes we'd received. The guys worked tirelessly all day and left the site clean and tidy on completion with minimal disruption. All in all a great service and would highly recommend.

Very highly recommend. The team were punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. It turned out our issue wasn’t as straightforward as we thought and they helped us with advice and guidance. If you need help don’t hesitate to contact them.

A friend of mine recommended Matt, Jonny and their team. My wife and I had just moved into a new build house and the developer failed to disclose we had a major water leak on completion. We turn up to the house with the keys and no water. Needless to say, it was a nightmare couple of days until Jonny, Sam, and Evan came out at short notice with other jobs already booked in. Our house is 90 metres to the mains connection across a neighbour's property and they had to check this distance to locate the leak. In the space of a few hours they had traced that the leak was somewhere on our property and not in the land of our neighbour. The developer was passing blame to our neighbour being responsible which was quickly proved wrong. They had to come back another day as in the short time they had they had covered 80 metres of detection and it was now dark. The next time on site Sam and Evan found the leak on our property as they said they would. They are so good in what they do and less said about the developer as separate legal action being taken on this. I would highly recommend Cascade as they're ultimate professionals, calm and reassuring that they will find the problem even with zero plans for the location of pipework and no help from the developer. Across 90 metres of land to find this leak, they dug four small holes. if i did not personally see where they dug the holes, you would not have a clue they were dug in the first place when they filled the holes back in.

We hired Cascade to dig a trench and install piping to allow an electric cable to be run underground. Matt and his team were great, they turned up promptly and got the job done quickly with minimal mess. The area was left well secured ready for the electric company to do their bit. Great service, friendly and professional team!

The job undertaken was a new water supply pipe. I contacted the team to see if they could help. Matt was very helpful right from the start and was very informative. This made planning the job very easy.

Absolutely brilliant resolution of a historic problem that had finally left my aunt’s house with only a trickle of water coming in.
This involved excavating outside and working inside too in order to run a new water supply.
The hard work and professional attitude of everyone that I dealt with was exemplary and I would have no hesitation in recommending Cascade to anyone.

We had a serious water leak in our mains supply pipe and contacted Cascade, via recommendation, after being unhappy with the contractors sent by our insurers. Matt visited us the next day and instilled confidence in us straight away. We received a quotation the same evening, which we were happy to accept. Matt arranged to do the work the following week (and even apologised for not being able to do it sooner). Matt and the team worked diligently and quickly to get the job completed, and didn't mind my regular questions as I was interested in what they had to do! They explained what was happening and tested the new installation to ensure it was fully operational and, most importantly,leak free! One of our neighbours 'sprung a leak' after our work was completed and we recommended Cascade to her and she used them too! In summary, we are more than happy to recommend Cascade for a responsive, professional and friendly job at a competitive price. For me, I had confidence in what Cascade were going to do and that is priceless with something as important as your water supply.

Amazing team and work ethic, arrived on site ready to undertake works, great team work to dig out and run an new water main into my property and connect me up to new mains water following a leak on old pipework . Reinstatement works carried out to a fantastic standard.
