48 h response is not woeking due to IT issues. Im was waiting nearly 20 days and still nothing, after the IT issue was resolved, team has contacted me with appologies and helped me craft a legal letter to the company I have dispute with. I will give 5 starts if I win the case. So might change in future ;)

I feel there could be more transparency in the beginning about fees you will be paying. When I received my final bill all of a sudden there were extra charges that were not previously mentioned.

Great product, very helpful for making a small claim. They charge around 10% if a case is successful case, so quite cheap compared to regular solicitors
