Love my phone case and charm so much! I specified what kind of charms and colours I wanted and it came out exactly as I wanted, I’m obsessed! When I had an issue with one of the charms getting damaged, the customer service I received was amazing and it was resolved right away. I’m very happy! 🥰

Excellent customer service! I had a little confusion about my iPhone model and ordered the wrong one, Luckily they were able to sort out the issue before anything was made. Responses were pretty fast for a small business which was really handy as I had a few questions. It didn’t seem like a bother for them to answer them.
