Experience was great, I was prepping for an interview from McKinsey, BCG & Bain. The first interview that I had was for McKinsey; I felt wildly unprepared and was unsure of what to expect. Franco was able to provide good examples, frameworks and resources to continue practicing! Good communication and was encouraging throughout, even after the interviews had taken place.

The sessions were excellent, with a lot of insights. Franco as a coach was always prepared for the sessions and was ready to adapt his strategy for my needs. I highly satisfied with the approach and quality of the sessions.
