Caseys on Stanford avenue in Springfield IL is always under staffed . You walk in to a line of 10-12 people waiting on one register. the other worker walking around with a broom. Gas pumps are extremely slow. the ad on their pump played 7 X while I was get 12 gallons of gas.

I was at the store in Fergus Falls, on N. Union. on Sunday Sept. 28 buying some lottery tickets. The guy behind the counter was very rude, and wearing messy clothes. After the 4th time going in to buy lottery, he signed, rolled his eyes, and asked me "how much longer are you going to come in?", I asked why, he said he has customers. He was very rude about it. So I told him to forget it, and left.. I will take my money someplace else. This was around 4:20 pm

I bought an chicken wrap from here in Beatrice Nebraska East side store on 1500 court st. And it had a big hard piece of plastic in it and broke out 3 of my front teeth and when I told the manager about it and showed her she said what the f--k do you want me to do about it now I've tried to contact corporate and they will not respond to me and now trying find a lawyer to handle this is nearly impossible they don't care about there customers just in it to take your money

Fantasia said she is a store manager but she acted like she wasnt and said some hateful things to me today as I waited to check out. Feel free to check your store cameras and listen in if you can. i will be leaving reviews on Yelp, Google, and any other review app i can think of to give your location a bad review. It makes me never even want to visit a Caseys again, let alone this location. Please contact me, your store is mismanaged and your store manager shouldnt be saying hateful things to your customers. I was literally just standing there waiting in line. Im so incredibly mad. Dont worry Ill be telling everyone about this awful experience and why they shouldnt visit your store. So disgusted!

I was on my way to my 40th class reunion and stop at Casey's in Rochester Indiana to get gas after I started back my car would barely run their gas is not any good my car ran fine until I put their gas in my car.Now I'm having trouble getting back and forth to work and it's 21 miles from my home to go to work.

I can’t say enough how much the crew at the Casey’s in Leland, Illinois give it their all. It may be a small Casey’s, but that doesn’t stop this team from striving to meet the needs of their customers. Yvonne and Tiffani always greet with a smile, and the kitchen team consisting of Ian, Manny, Makaela, Chris and Alex is outstanding.

Always out of food options. Drink machines broken. Bathrooms a mess. Donut case is filthy. I don’t see how this location can pass an inspection. Very rude workers that do not appear to like their jobs. Always under staffed. That might lead to the upset workers. Less and less impressed.

I just heard how Casey's is having customers arrested for loitering .I personally will never stop there again I intend to spread the word .about there actions I personally hope they loose many thousands of customers they deserve it they really know how to treat there valuable customers .pathetic company horrible

Tried to redeem a Caseys gift card. The store employee says it hasn't been activated and to try the website or the phone number on the back of the card.

Both simply say the gift card is invalid. Because it's a totally automated experience, there is no recourse. So my friend who gave the gift card is just out the money; don't waste yours on gift cards...they simply won't let you redeem them!

Management and 90 percent of the staff are clueless. The older lady in Management is rude rude rude !!! That trickles down to your staff.
Alwayssssss out of everything. They have been open long enough to be able to at least have donuts and pizza?????? They go days without both.

Worked for Casey's 10&1/2 years. They fired me 4/4/25 for working off the clock. I had been doing this the whole time, but waited till I turned 65 to fire me. I was asked to estimate my off clock hours. I told them 117 hrs
That's just 2& 1/2 years worth. They have still not paid me even though the manager said it was approved.

CASEYS HIRING PROCESS IS HORRIBLE....THEIR IS NO PROFESSIONALISM AT WITH THE HIRING RECRUITER....IF YOU ASK A QUESTION ABOUT PAY SHE GETS MAD THEN BLACKLIST YOU....I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO APPLY FOR A JOB AND MY APPLICATION IS BLOCKED

Cashier tried to charge me $14 For pizza.
Told him this was a rewards special for $11 as advertised. Then he reduced price to $13
Another customer shown him the website price of $11
At that time no on line orders were available.
Finally he agreed on his crooked negotiations
In the meantime my pizza was cold.
Time for this guy to retire

Casey's has really gone downhill. Yes, their cheap gas still sucks, but their customer service is nonexistent. Their pizza use to be good. Why hire anybody at all? Their minimum wage staff doesn't do shit! I wouldn't work there either! How do you expect to run a whole store in downtown Cedar Rapids in the hood and expect to make any money when the lowlifes are robbing you blind? Are you that stupid? Hire some security! Idiot!

Pizza good. I don’t like the feeling of charges. Tipping the driver should be enough. DELIVERY FEE $3.99. No fee for pick up, WHY?……

Soooo tiring and painful going to the Caseys on Ingersoll in Des Moines, IA

If you don't want to punch in my phone # for Rewards, while your busy texting on your cell phone, don't bother asking me if I have Caseys rewards, forgot my glasses that day, forgive me.
And ..oh.. show me where the bags are, I'll gladly bag up my own items.

I'd rather not bother you as you stare at me, as if i can magically will my items into a bag.

Thank God there is a QT, just down the street.

I came in the store at 4:30am Monday morning October 7, 2024 to buy coffee. After purchase. I set down back on the table area. I realized I needed more sugar and I wanted to check my bank balance in the ATM which was next to where the sugar was.
After I finished
I went and sit back in the table area. 15 seconds later the o l d gray headed woman that was a clerk came running around the corner and started yelling at me that I needed to pay for my 2nd cup I f coffee and accused of theft with her comments. Way way.out of line.
Darla the manager needs to fire that idiot. I was totally embarrassed and angry.

Do not work at Casey's unless your a female, the most sexiest comoany I've ever worked for. If your a male you can't be sick, you are set to different standards then the girls that work there. It's the worst company I've ever worked for...

They charged 150.00 to my debit then refunded back the money minus cost of gas. Called and told them will no longer buy anything from them. What a horrible practice! Was a rewards customer but done doing business with them.
