There was an issue with the title due to my wife putting her signature above mine on the title. The title had bought our names on it and it include "and" between our names. All of the proper forms to correct this issue were sent and we signed them and returned them in the mail yesterday.

my agent was great, hanna was professional and responsive. the 4 stars was due to the final price. never as much as you want. but since the car was not running it was a fair price.

Im happy to report that I was paid exactly what I was quoted over the phone! There was no negotiating, explaining, begging, etc, lol! I waited a little longer to be helped than I had anticipated or was quoted, but once it was my turn it was extremely fast and smooth. They didn't scrutinize my car and try to low ball me, they just moved forward with the deal as discussed on the phone. My name wasnt on my title and I just had to sign in two places on a DMV form to fix that, and other companies had made a big problem with that. Im very satisfied and would use again in the future.

Was fine until time to pick up the car. They don't show up as scheduled and its nearly impossible to call them. Took hours to get someone on the phone, when I did dispatch blames the driver, driver blames dispatch, everyone says they are just a hired service and don't know what the other is doing. 1-5 on Monday turns into 8-1 on Monday turns into 8-5 Tues and they showed ip at 9pm. Irritating as hell.
