Absolutely awful service. Bagshot pop up closed so opted for a collection. Supposed to come weeks ago and they had to cancel because the car broke down. I had to message multiple times for an update before they told me they couldn't come at all that day. Got booked in for another day (today) and they haven't turned up. Multiple emails again and calls this week to confirm a time and nothing. Actual crap. Don't bother. I'll go and pay to park up somewhere next time to give the clothes to a charity shop.

I visited the thurrock branch yesterday, i had 20 full sacks of very good quality clothes including brands and tags. As I approached the door leading to the sorting and weighing area a blond female came out, slim build. Told me to bring my bags in, due to the amount i pulled my car up closer and started unloading the bags. She came out telling me " i told you to bring them inside" i said woa a minute im putting them here while i unload as I have 20 bags. She went off came out with another female,dark hair full red lipstick,both gave me dirty looks and started moving the bags inside, before I knew it she is telling me a weight, im like you sure all those bags are on there,she then holds her head saying OH my God or something similar in an angry fashion. They only paid me £70 for 20 full bags,all items taken except for a sweatshirt and 1 pair of cycling shorts. I questioned the price and she said thats it. Not alot I could do as they had emptied my bags rather too quickly. Suffice to say i felt rather cheated and badly treated. They also say bring your bags in but above the sorting door it clearly states nobody beyond this point without a hiviz? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY RIP YOU OFF.

I went to the Cash for Clothes at Hampton Peterborough (by the Dobbies) it was 4:37pm the lady was incredibly rude and refused to help me, she said they were closing at 4:50. I pointed out that that the sign said 5pm closing time and that was still 23 min away but she said they still had to count and she could not help me. What’s the point of having a 5pm close time then? Surely counting is done after you close? And then to be rude on top of that - won’t be back. Appalled!

they dont and wont let you see the scales so you only have there word for the weight . they are very picky at what they take i went to the next cash for clothes with same stuff i saw the scales and they took 90% of the stuff

Terrible service,the man that came around today who was supposed to take some clothes that my mam wanted to get rid of looked at one coat and sead there was a stain on it but there clearly wasn't because I looked at it after he rudely drove off , poor customer service they expect you to bring them in your self even if you don't have your own transport, If could I could give them 0 stars I would I can't believe some people are actually giving them 5 stars

I had 15 bags of clothes so many designer and labelled clothes, for £26 is all I got for them, won’t be back would sell them for allot more elsewhere they didn’t even look in the bags

Absolutely disgusting behaviour. My Husband visited the shop in Hapton peterborough, there was 10 black bin liners of clothes, the lady went through all of them, took the clothes that were new with tags and returned the rest paying only £13 . Shocking behaviour when he asked for the clothes back and said take your money back but she refused to do so. I have contacted the main office and am awaiting for a response as I'd rather give to charity than be humiliated like this.

She wants to have an argument with you as soon as you enter the shop
She is always "so busy"
Needs to get organised and get on with the job she is paid to do

Absolute joke of a company DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Picked clothes up from me on Monday I was told I would have to wait 3-5 working days to receive my cash. It's now the 5 day and I have sent over 15 emails and tried to call no joke over 100 times on both numbers and they are completely ignoring me. Very quick to take my clothes but not to give me my cash. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT BIG TIME.

Booked a collection with the solihull branch as I have mobility issues did not hear from them they did not turn up so arranged for my large amount of good/new clothes to be picked up by a charity who acknowledged my booking within minutes DONT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY

Don't waste your time taking them. They don't even cover your petrol cost.

Appalling service from the Crawley branch. I had a whole car full of clothes from my parents house after my mother had recently passed away. The eastern European woman was worse than rude. Insisting she would have to go through every bag to check what was good and what was worth keeping, which would have taken hours. She told me they sold the clothes to Ukraine, although I would have thought people in a war zone might not be able to afford to be so fussy. "Old man's clothes. Old. No good," she said. Zero compassion after I told her where they were from. Didn't give a stuff. For 50 pence per kilo I told her she could shove it and took it to various charity clothes banks instead. Never again.

I would actually do no stars if I could! Completely unreliable and unfriendly! Why bother for the few pounds you get! Charity shop from now on!!

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!! If you cannot be bothered to sell on Vinted take your clothes to charity/clothing bin. They give you pennies for your clothing, learnt my lesson, I’m going back to selling on Vinted!

Attempted to bring my clothes the the Castle vale branch in Birmingham. Please Avoid !!!! The big foreign lady was extremely rude. Shouted at me as soon as I arrived saying their was no cash. Very disrespectful, and there was no apology considering I had wasted my journey. Stay away !

Absolutely awful. Had 10 quality clothing bags to give. Said there was a mark on one article of clothing, barely noticeable. And used that as the reason to reject all other 9 bags. Do NOT recommend!! Not value for money as well. Give clothes to charity instead.
