5 stares because payment was fast. I did have to pay $15.00 to get fast delivery but the delivery to your shop was no cost to me. Honestly your first offer was pathetic. When I inquired about it, I got the old where training new people. The excuses, the newbies apprised the lot wrong. It's not the first time I've heard the newbies get the blame. Its hard to believe that newbies are to blame. The new hires foot loses and fancy free. If only they would have apprised the lot for double. Since I was offered first go around less than half the value, second offer still low but almost double what first offer was. Then third go around bumped the offer $50 up. I was told I was getting paid 82% of melt. I agreed and the deal was done. I do not have a XRF machine at home. My refining operation is small scale. But I do have acid test and a good scale. Later the next day when I got home, I checked my notes and my wights and the K of items in lot I sent, and my 82% melt value was a couple hundred dollars higher still Factors play into this, but a couple hundred dollars is a bit of stretch.

Ridiculous Low Ball Offer
Sent in over 1,550 grams of new 925 silver jewelry. Just the melt value alone is $3,500+. They offered $725 and that was with a 10% bonus! Told them no way, and they said oh so sorry we meant $1,700. Still under 50% of melt value. As others have stated I hope I get my stuff back as well. The extreme low balling of offers is apparently recurring with this company and I was really surprised at how they think any rationale person would accept their ridiculous low ball offer. Total deception when they say they offer up to 90% of spot. Don't waste your time.

Was able to workout a deal and got an offer that was better than any of my local gold shops/pawn shops. Persistent, but willing to hear numbers back which many places won’t do. Will come back in the future for any more jewelry and gold selling.
