They have been very helpful all the time when I am in a bind and they are there to assist. The process is easy and the customer service is fantastic. I would highly recommend.

I paid off my payday loan twice by…
I paid off my payday loan twice by mistake. One time by cash in the branch and other time I realized that my payment went through my bank account too.
I went to CashMoney on 137 street and 72 Surrey location and I told Prabhjot (cashier) that mistakenly I made payment twice. Can you please refund ? She asked me to send her bank statement through there system flinks. I sent the statement and she said that she couldn’t verify if it went through my account or not.
Ever after gave her a proof of my bank statement payment she had not help me. I end up by taking another loan.
Very frustrating service. No value of their customer. 👎🏻
