I would like to thank Cash Money for helping me out. They have been really easy to deal with! They listen to your concerns and help with giving solutions! They really seem to be there when you need them!

Theyre usually pretty good, but a select few people that work at the douglas office cant be trusted because of misinformation that was given previously.

Easy access in person or online, friendly courteous staff

Phoned ahead before driving to the store, told him how much check was for, where it was from, asked the rates to cash it, all sounded good so I drive down.

I arrive, present check, I have never had a problem before there as I use one of their Visas which I did 10s of thousands of dollars in transactions through the store on Douglas street, they had no problem taking my money then, but when it came to my check... well they photo copied it to start, have a little chat it the back and return with, sorry sir we cant cash this due to the date and we will have to verify it... a government issued check and after I called ahead.

I sit in my truck and watch the teller writing a book about my visit with photo copy of my check beside him, they thought it was a fraud attempt I am sure of it, left me feeling more then upset with them so here I am.

I wanted to cash it there as my bank holds some of the money and I was leaving town early the next morning, went to my bank anyway, deposited and withdrew 3/4 of the check, good enough.

never again for this company will they make money from me.

Was skeptical for no reason both employees helped to great extents. As disabled fresh out of a program 2 hours away from being homeless Cash Money came to my aid without hassle and I had a room rented the next day! Very grateful to have that trust with no history and not so great credit that fell while I was separated from society. love to all you I would recommend to anyone in a tough spot.

I have never been disappointed with the service that I receive and find most of the staff to be friendly and helpful when needed with every visit I make...The only have one problem is that I can not split my payments on a payday loan into 2 payments which would really help during these tough times.

The staff are always so helpful
