Very good customer service but crazy high interest rates.
Really nice manager at the Oakwood and Eglinton branch. He was professional, fast and thoughtful. Everyone who helped were all very kind. I appreciated the temporary help when I really needed it. Only concern is that the interest/lending rates are very, very high. Also, I think the interest rates are posted either daily or weekly rather than yearly like other lenders so it looks very low on paper. I had to do the math myself and although I was expecting it to be high I didn't realize it was even legal to charge such high rates. So 5 stars for customer service and 1 star for the crazy rates. Overall a 3.

Great service, Cash Money helped me out through times when I needed them...
