Eva at the Upper James Hamilton was amazing outstanding customer service. I had contacted you 1800 ..... 2 x not very helpful.

Applying online was nice as I didn’t have to go out in the heat, but the downside is by time customer service got back to me, it was so late the money can’t be deposited or emailed until the next day. Other than that, it was quick and easy.

Quick and no hassles

Friendly staff at the place I had visited. It had allowed my process to go smooth and quick. They had walked me through how everything works with cash money and how to pay my loans/line of credit.

The customer service agents are friendly and helpful. The online service is quick and convenient. Definitely recommend. This review is not just for today but for the past couple of years of service.

My experience with this company was great. I didn’t feel judged or pressured. The woman Kim at the location I attended, was extremely helpful, informative and very kind. The process has been easy and is accessible to make payments.

Came back to edit after dealing w the smarmy new staff Gurleen patronizing me for HER mistake. I wish I could give 0 stars. Kim the old asst mgr had been helpful when I partial paid thru the online and it glitched- now they are FORCING u to use the online instead without notice. I was REFUSED paying via the debit machine when I explained I’d already been waiting and had an appt at svc cda-half an hour later I was still there but the last being helped my the other staff had paid hers (via debit) and left while I was told to go cuz they read the EMT but then it didn’t update to let me reborrow. It had to be overridden by the other staff while Gurleen argued more. Condescending tone throughout arguing. I had to wait an hour at svc cda because I missed my appt by 15 mins despite getting to cash money w more than enough time. I spoke to the manager “Stephanie” who made constant excuses then claimed to have apologized after I said I was calling head office because I didn’t believe she’d take action to deal w anything because she’s made excuses the whole time. Avoid this location! The staff here used to be the friendliest but not anymore! The mgr also claimed Kim “retired” despite being middle aged-I highly doubt that.
