Fast, easy and reliable.

The people who are responding to customer issue are unable to resolve the issue or direct the call for help. This is very poor customer service. I do not wish to public shame you as such, I am using my e-mail.

I appreciated that I was able to pay my past due balance in store and receive another loan instantly.

I have been doing business with Cash Money for years. I have always received excellent service and the employees at the Cash Money stores are friendly and quick. I have never had any issues with Cash Money, that is why I keep going back when needed.

I have always had amazing it experience.

I have a line of credit available when I need it. The process is quick (within 2 hours). Payment process is simple and can be faster with the means of making payments... altough it can be a bit confusing when it comes to the payment process to go through, there is always someone available, when you call, to help you out and let you know why a payment may be taking a bit of time for the process to go through, and they would advise you what the better option would be for next time.
I can't say it enough... there once was a time where I was "afraid" and biased about going for loans and lines of credit with places like Cash Money, but now and since I opened my Line Of Credit Account, I have no regrets... YES, the interest may be a bit high but, it sure beats having being refused by your own Bank Branch no matter how long youve been with them... the ones who encourage you to come in for help, only to slap you in the face in the long run. At least Cash Money were ready to help and, despite the slightly high interest rate, they're not ripping you off... In fact, they are more there for you than your "entrusted" Bank.
