Normally 5 out 5 but today, Christmas eve, 0 out of 5 if I could. Been using their service every month for 2 years. Phoned at lunchtime today to check opening hours, was told old London rd branch was open until 4 pm. Arrived 3.52 pm. Doors locked, lights on, no one behind the counter. Waited outside until 3.57pm when the lady appeared behind the counter & turned the lights off. Knocked on door, she saw me, shook her head & mouthed safe locked. HUGELY DISAPPOINTED as was relying on the loan over Christmas.
