Sorry to hear you are unhappy with the buyback transaction with us.
It's important that you keep in contact with us if your agreement expires and you still want to buyback the device.
We have checked and we sent you a whatsapp reminder 2 days before your buyback expired and then another reminder 1 day after it expired. It looks like you read both of these messages but did not respond.
Unlike a loan, a buyback agreement is just an option. You are not forced to buyback. Therefore if you do not reply to any of our reminder messages, we have no choice but to assume that you are choosing not to buyback.
had you messaged us to let us know you still wanted it, and even asked us to hold it a bit longer, we would have gladly held it for up to 7 additional late days.
Unfortunately, you contacted us 8 days after it expired and it had been collected and then sold 2 days before you contacted us.
