Very quick and straightforward - great service
Very quick and straightforward no messing around. I booked my appointment night before got a quote, next day I took my phone in to the Caledonian rd branch and it was inspected in 5-10 minutes and the money was in my account within 10 minutes after I left the shop. There are loads of shops to take the phone. Great service and straight to the point and has an option to sell or buy back your phone. I recommend

Easy simple, the only main thing, was quoted £650 by email and then told me that they said they would give me £630 .So just keep all emails for when you go to the shop as I didn't.

I found your transaction just to check what could have happened and all appears normal.
You were quoted £630 for grade A condition and then when you dropped it off, it was accepted as grade A and we paid you £630.

Sorry to hear you aren’t happy with the price we offered. You might find some websites offering slightly better prices. But you need to post off your device and wait days for the money. Also sometimes they find fault with your device and revise their offer down to a lower offer.
At least with us you can just walk out the door if we decide the condition is lower than you thought it was.
I can see that you decided to go ahead and sell your device anyway. It looks like it was accepted as a grade B in the end.
