I am now raising this with the UK Gambling Commission, the operator’s Alternative Dispute Resolution provider (IBAS), and other relevant bodies. you don't receive any money back when you withdraw can't get hold of them to ask why but they are happy to take your deposits but if you win you can't withdraw it another scam of a site stay well clear

I've been using this site for about 6 months. It has loads of bonus offers and the more you play the more bonuses become available. 35x wagering on most bonuses which is a bit steep but similar to most other sites. Negatives.. Minimum withdrawal is £100 and withdrawal process takes ages.. Withdrawal can be pending for a week or so but in my experience it does get paid eventually.

Gave me the run around for over a week and then claimed that I exceeded the spin limits, nowhere on their site there is any.

They then voided my winnings of 4k and gave me my £20 back but I cannot withdraw as it is not their £100 withdrawal (minimum).
