All I can say is David Tate, Hollie and the team went above and beyond in working incredibly hard in selling our house at a time when the market was challenging. David also personally made the impossible possible with helping me and my family secure the house of our dreams. We could not be happier and I cannot thank him enough. I would highly recommend!!

By far the best Estate Agents I've dealt with, everyone has gone out of their way to be helpful and professional. Duncan, Sarah and Georgia are the main three that I have been in contact with and they have been top notch, thoroughly recommended.

I dealt with Cassidy and Tate over the last four years, mainly with Stephen Malyon at the Marshalswick Branch, St Albans, in relation to a rental property.
In the time I've known Stephen he came across with a professional manner, helpful and always communicated well.
I experienced a number of issues with the tenants /tenancy in the last year of rental, whereby Stephen was always on hand to give advice and attend house visits if needed. I would highly recommend him and his team at Cassidy & Tate.

If there is a 0 star, I would choose that.
I dealt with their St Albans branch. We rented one of the properties they advertised. We occupied the property for 3 years, had a good relationship with landlord, but notice was sent due to few issues. When tenancy ended, we had been chasing for the house deposit but our request was ignored. All issues were settled with landlord since February 26 2025 and Stephen Maylon only released the deposit March 28 2025. He is very poor in communication and not replying to emails. He only released the deposit when I called their office and asked for the email to where to send my complaint to, as it is not indicated on their website.

Recently dealt with Cassidy and Tate - found all the staff extremely helpful and they offered sound advice.

Would highly recommend using them and would definitely use them again.

Made an appointment for rental and 35 minutes before the appointment was told that they had taken a deposit and that they were cancelling the appointment. Complete disregard for anyone's time energy to get to the appointment. Was given a poor excuse when I said why could they not have waited 1 hour to show us the property saying the landlord what not so keen as we had dogs. This was disclosed at the point of booking so why take the appointment in the first place. Needless to say with people who have such poor regard for others WONT be using them again. Vote with your feet so people change their work ethics.

Since our initial meeting it was clear that Duncan and C&T were different to other agents we’d spoken to, he was genuine, knowledgable, and never pushy. While marketing our house Duncan was professional and friendly with great communication, he’s been an absolute pleasure to deal with, as was Hannah.
We did take our house off the market, as we realised the time wasn’t right for us. However, when we are ready to sell, we won’t hesitate to contact Duncan at Cassidy & Tate again.

Great service. Nick was our main contact, always friendly and ready to help or advise. Kris did a lot as well, including showing round the final buyers. Very impressed by the whole team, particularly in communication, if I had to leave a message with a team member or on the phone I would get a call back really promptly. The market was slow for this type of property (retirement flat) and we had a couple of disappointments when buyers had to pull out through ill health. Nick's support and advice was invaluable. Louise was a delight to deal with, and has made my moving in process as smooth as she could, giving me confidence in my first change of home. After a brief interaction with another agent called Stephen, I felt confident that they could handle the process between any member of the team! My wife & I have returned to live in UK after 23 years of living in Spain. We had an offer accepted to purchase , as cash buyers, an empty apartment in Saint Albans. The agents were NOT Cassidy & Tate. One would have thought that this would have been a fairly simple and quick transaction ! After waiting more than 7 months for completion we decided enough was enough and withdrew our offer.
We then made an offer for another empty apartment, as cash buyers, this time the Agents being Cassidy & Tate. Having listened to our tale of woe regarding our previous attempt to purchase they were determined to get us " Over the Line " as quickly as possible. This they achieved within 10 weeks. It would have been even quicker had solicitors have been just a little less pedantic over 1 small item. 2 main players within Cassidy & Tate were Kris & Siobhan who provided knowledge & assistance at all times.
